General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
including Transport Conditions for JWRTAXI
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (“AGB”) govern the contractual relationship between JWRTAXI (hereinafter “the Company”) and its customers in connection with the provision of taxi services within Austria.
2. Transport Conditions
2.1 Bookings and Availability
Taxi services may be booked via telephone or email.
Availability depends on the Company’s capacity and, where applicable, prior reservation.
2.2 Fares
Fares are based on the tariffs valid at the time of the journey.
Additional costs such as parking fees or toll charges may be charged separately.
2.3 Payment
Payment is due at the time of the journey and may be made in cash or by credit card.
Invoices are available upon request.
2.4 Cancellations
Cancellations made within the agreed free-cancellation period are free of charge.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
2.5 Liability
The Company is liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
For all other damages, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
3. General Provisions
3.1 Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these AGB at any time.
The applicable version will be made available prior to the next journey.
3.2 Severability
If any provision of these AGB is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
3.3 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Austrian law shall apply exclusively.
Jurisdiction lies with the competent court at the Company’s registered office.
